- Editorial and graphic work on the department’s own print products such as annual reports,
departmental publications, study guides, flyers and posters - Content Management of the department’s website, editorial responsibility for the news section
- Conception and implementation of marketing activities with a focus on online marketing
- Supervision of Social Media activities
- Organisation and execution of departmental events and trade fair participations
including the corresponding documentation in text and images
