Are you applying for Erasmus+ & SEMP for the next academic year or or thinking out doing so later during your studies?
This event provides a comprehensive overview of the Erasmus+ and Swiss-European Mobility Program (SEMP) exchange programs, which enable students to gain international experience in Europe and Switzerland.
∎ The requirements for applying to the Faculty of Informatics will be discussed, as well as the deadlines and documents required for a successful application.
∎ The application process is explained step by step.
∎ In addition, the various support options and scholarships will be presented.
∎ Furthermore, there will be enough time to ask your questions to the Faculty of Computer Science as well as to the International Student Office (IStO).
You can ask questions in English or German.
This Workshop is relevant for all students in the KIT Department of Informatics who are pursuing a KIT degree may participate in the program regardless of EU nationality.

“Fit for exams and Preparing to return Home"- International Student Roundtable will address important information regarding exams and returning home after studying at KIT.
You should attend, if you are an exchange student in Bachelor and Master who is enrolled in the KIT Departments of Informatics and Mechanical Engineering. Of course other international students are welcome to participate in this workshop.
Vital information and tips regarding registration, preparation and taking exams in this semester will be addressed. In addition there will be critical information for exchange students who are completing their studies at the end of this semester.

This lecture is relevant for any student in the KIT Department of Informatics, who intends to write Orientierungsprüfungen ("Orientation Exams"),
The event is dedicated to optimizing the exam period. It will not only provide subject-specific tips but also present proven methods and techniques that can contribute to a successful exam phase. The focus will be on effective learning strategies, time management during the exam period, and stress management techniques.
This part of the event can be attended both online and on site.
There will also be a learning partnership exchange on site.
Study Group: At the end there will be an opportunity to find a study partner for the exam phase and/or coming summer semester.

International Student Roundtable: Pre Arrival
