The KIT Department of Informatics would like to celebrate the end of the winter semester 2024/25 with the traditional semester colloquium.

We cordially invite you to this event on Monday, 10 February 2025 at 17:30 in the foyer of InformatiKOM 1.

 

In his semester report, Dean Prof. Bernhard Beckert will look back on the successes and developments of the past semester. 

Afterwards, we look forward to the inaugural lectures by T. T. Prof. Barbara Bruno on  “A letter-by-letter journey through Human-Robot Interaction” and Prof. Katja Mombaur on“Embodied Intelligence for Humanoid Robots and Exoskeletons”.

 

In addition to a small reception after the lectures, the Fachschaft Mathe/Info will provide a delicious finale to the evening.

 

There will also be the great opportunity to visit all the robotics labs in InformatiKOM 1 as well as the Lehr-Lern-Labor Informatik. The OpenLabs are looking forward to your visit from 15:30 to 17:15! (separate invitation with more information will follow)
